|Recommended: YesFor The Price, For The Area — The area is very centrally located and mostly walkable. It’s near
minutes drive to anything you could actually want or need.
The move in process was a bit of a disaster. I wanted to get into property before we actually moved in and I wasn’t allowed because they were fixing and or cleaning. Just made it very difficult to know what I was actually moving into because I never actually saw the property I was moving into. The first time I actually saw the house was the walkthrough, I was pleasantly surprised and shocked. The space inside is larger than I would expect, and the house has great bones. I’ve lived in my home for a year and love it.
The main office staff is very friendly and helpful. They are there for all my concerns and willingness to help is very comforting. These are older homes and they need care, that’s a given. The main office is very prompt with help.
The only downside is the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff doesn’t actually do what I ask about coming into my home with shoes, or making comments and me and my items. They actually give off an unfriendly vibe which makes me not want to have them over. They are the main downside to the property.

|Recommended: NoHorrible Experience — Would not recommend anyone to live here. Uneducated maintenance staff , outside of units get more attention than inside . No new updates , just higher rent every year . We have been tenants for 3 years now and have never been late on rent once , and have complied with our lease fully and we received a 77 day notice to vacate with 3 CHILDREN . I will be recommended people DO NOT RENT HERE .

|Recommended: YesQuaint Place — It's a quaint place to live. The staff have been so kind, helpful, and professional. Only thing I've had an issue with thus far is getting my high speed internet set up in my apartment through my chosen provider.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — Super quiet it's like your own oasis inside. I have never heard the neighbors and they have children as do I and not once have I heard them. The girls in the office are amazing at making sure any issues that may arise concerning maintenence are taken care of in a timely manner The maintenence get the job done as well. Very well ran

|Recommended: YesOver All — When I call to have something done it gets done pretty quickly. Trash on ground is my really the only complaint but that's not the staff that's the other tenants that do that.

|Recommended: NoIt's a great place to live. If you have issues even with making rent on time they will work with you. Don't take advantage of their kindness. Only thing is I wish we could call a tow company when ever someone parks in my marked spot. Because it's becoming very annoying.
