|Recommended: YesHeathwood Village — Needs some repairs. Water leak in basement pipe, basement railing missing bracket to wall, basement door does not have dead bolt only a latch which didn't make me feel safe I added a deadbolt, all downstairs windows were unlocked, bathroom tub doesn't drain due to hair in pipe, Refrigerator has broken bar on shelf. Took 4 days to wait for Spectrum to hook up internet due to maintenance main cutting previous wiring.

|Recommended: YesReview Of 40B — This apartment is the perfect size for me to restart. Overall, the apartment was clean. There were some cobwebs and darkness on some of the walls. The cabinets weren't super clean as the liner for the shelves was very old and dirty. The place smelled like paint, which is no problem at all. Slowly getting settled and making it mine.

|Recommended: YesFor The Price, For The Area — The area is very centrally located and mostly walkable. It’s near
minutes drive to anything you could actually want or need.
The move in process was a bit of a disaster. I wanted to get into property before we actually moved in and I wasn’t allowed because they were fixing and or cleaning. Just made it very difficult to know what I was actually moving into because I never actually saw the property I was moving into. The first time I actually saw the house was the walkthrough, I was pleasantly surprised and shocked. The space inside is larger than I would expect, and the house has great bones. I’ve lived in my home for a year and love it.
The main office staff is very friendly and helpful. They are there for all my concerns and willingness to help is very comforting. These are older homes and they need care, that’s a given. The main office is very prompt with help.
The only downside is the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff doesn’t actually do what I ask about coming into my home with shoes, or making comments and me and my items. They actually give off an unfriendly vibe which makes me not want to have them over. They are the main downside to the property.

|Recommended: NoHorrible Experience — Would not recommend anyone to live here. Uneducated maintenance staff , outside of units get more attention than inside . No new updates , just higher rent every year . We have been tenants for 3 years now and have never been late on rent once , and have complied with our lease fully and we received a 77 day notice to vacate with 3 CHILDREN . I will be recommended people DO NOT RENT HERE .
