|Recommended: YesVery good first home Office girls are very friendly and reply quickly. Zero pests, although some water issues. Parking isn't great. But maintenance is quick to come out. Beryl has consistently fixed every problem we've had around the apartment and always takes time to explain what he plans to do or what caused certain issues so we can stay on the same page and stay informed. He clearly puts a lot of care into what he does.

Water leak in basement pipe, basement railing missing bracket to wall, basement door does not have dead bolt only a latch which didn't make me feel safe I added a deadbolt, all downstairs windows were unlocked, bathroom tub doesn't drain due to hair in pipe, Refrigerator has broken bar on shelf. Took 4 days to wait for Spectrum to hook up internet due to maintenance main cutting previous wiring.

|Recommended: YesReview Of 40B — This apartment is the perfect size for me to restart. Overall, the apartment was clean. There were some cobwebs and darkness on some of the walls. The cabinets weren't super clean as the liner for the shelves was very old and dirty. The place smelled like paint, which is no problem at all. Slowly getting settled and making it mine.
