|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — I've lived in Heathwood village going on 8 years, second time around. I recently transferred to a bigger apartment and absolutely love it The staff is pleasant to deal with and maintenance is helpful in fixing problems that may arise. Every May, they give out flowers to the residents to help make your home a beautiful place. At the end of Summer, they have a cookout at the pool and provide everything to make ending summer a little bit easier. They are pet friendly and provide clean up stations to help keep our grounds looking nice. They also have a workout facility next to the office which is nice. Heathwood village is close to everything including some great restaurants.
We strive to be the best residential community in Heath Ohio. I’m glad we could help end your search for your forever home!

|Recommended: YesLove Our Home — I love living at heathwood village. Our kids love it as well. We aren’t bothered by anyone and when we have a issue it is addressed quickly. The only complaint I’d have is the windows need updated. Air comes in extremely bad especially upstairs so it’s cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Other than that everyone is super nice and goes above and beyond

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — It's great. The ladies in the office are pleasant and very friendly. The maintenance guys are great. When things need fixing they are here within 24-48 hours, unless of course it is an emergency, they they are quicker, of course.

|Recommended: NoIt Could Be Alot Better. — The price is great for the amount of space you're getting but you only get one parking spot and there are literally no other parking spots. People take my designated spot all the time. We can hear EVERYTHING from both neighbors and whenever our air kicks in it blows the cigarette smoke from the apartment next to ours throughout our entire apartment. There is a huge pest problem. We are constantly getting bit by something. The management is nice but nothing gets fixed.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Customer Service — We had great service from day 1. Leahna, Tammy, the other office staff, and maintenance staff have been great to us. They are easy to contact and response times are usually within a few hours even outside of office hours if you email them. They are always so kind and have gotten things fixed for us multiple times within 24 hours. They are very intentional in their interactions with us. The parking lot has plenty of space and snow is cleared off before my early morning commute. Our apartment is decent, not state of the art, but their customer service is state of the art. We’d stay here long term of it wasn’t for career changes. Their fitness center is always clean and hasn’t ever smelled when I used it. It is good for people who just want a general work out, although the weight machine does not have the pounds lbs marked on their so it is difficult to track strength progress. The pool is clean and well kept. We love it here at Heathwood Village.

All are knowledgeable and accommodating and the maintenance staff is highly responsive and professional. Could not ask for better support and service in an apartment community
