|Recommended: NoThey Sent Me An Evicton Notice By Mistake.... — The experience of living here started out all right. However, soon after moving in things started to take a turn for the worst. The cabinets emanated a foul musty dirty old cigarette smell and the stove was extremely greasy and had food particles in every nook and cranny. The apartment had been painted', yet there are dark discolored areas on the ceilings from smoking inside. And whenever the A C or furnace are turned on, it begins to smell heavily of smoke. Now I understand that this not a smoke free community, but the smell is very heavy and has irritated some breathing issues I suffer from. Maintenance has been called and done minor work, still not correcting any root cause issues. The hot water tank spews out dark chunks when the hot water is turned on, still, even after maintenance fixed' the problem. And finally, the leasing office sent an eviction notice with my name and apartment number, evicting me for non-payment. However, this was found to be sent by mistake. All in all, a very negative experience for my family.

|Recommended: YesGreat Starter Apartment With Garage And Homey Feel — I enjoyed living in our apartment. We had a garage and our own half of a driveway so parking wasn't an issue, PLUS there's additional side parking lots and street parking. The office staff were always very friendly and accommodating Maintenance overall was good we still have an unresolved issue, it's not a biggie and our yard was always mowed on schedule. Great location since it's off 79 and close to shopping, restaurants and other necessities. I will say our section, the ones with the garages that are more like town homes, was nice and overall very enjoyable. I cannot speak for the other units in the area but on our street things were great.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — Overall a nice place to live, the staff are kind and helpful, good location. The walls to the outdoors are thin, you will hear people outside the apartments. Buildings are in good shape, not particularly clean however.
